Sean and Amir came to replace our old furnace. They were on time and professional and made sure to protect the floor and cleaned up everything afterwards. He helped us program our new thermostat so and showed us how everything works. The installation was done professionally and made sure all the new piping and was to code. Nice to see a polite and respectful technician who not only provided the service maintainence on our tankless water on demand service, but flushed out radiant floor heating lines when I mentioned possible areas of the floor that didnt seem to have heat. Service was prompt and arrived in the stated time window. The repairman quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace and explained what was wrong and how he would do the repairs. He kept me fully informed during his work and gave me options. Of note was his respectful, friendly, courteous and pleasant manner. We contacted Pro West and they were very responsive. As it is winter, we were in a bit of a panic when our senior parents furnace gave out. Pro West sent someone right away to assess the situation. The very old furnace needed to be replaced. They gave an estimate and as they had an energy efficient furnace in stock, they scheduled the replacement the next day. They were very professional, the estimate was accurate. The install was great, staff were pleasant and they cleaned up completely afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Our old furnace broke down and needed to be serviced. I googled heating services and came across Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning. I called and they had a technician available to have a look at 9:00am the next morning. So the next day, the Technician was at my home promptly at 9:00am. Turns out, we needed to replace our 30yr old furnace. The technician was very thorough when explaining all my options. I decided to replace my old furnace and A/C unit and went with a Heat Pump system. We were scheduled a couple of days later for the installation process. The were 3 technicians that came and started working. By the end of the evening they had finished the installation. They were very professional and did a fantastic job! The quality of craftsmanship with the duct work, plumbing and wiring was excellent. They had removed all the old equipment and materials and left my home spotless. My experience with Pro West has been excellent. I highly recommend them.

Pro West was excellent. My furnace gave out last night. I called Pro West the next morning.. and Sam was at the house by 11am. He diagnosed the problems quickly and was back with the correct parts within 2 hours. An hour later back at my house and we had heat again as Sam fixed the furnace quickly.. thanks for a great team effort. I will definitely tell people about your great work.

November 7, 2025, Sean reconnected our gas range & installed a gas shut off after we did a complete kitchen reno. The service was great & always has been from Pro West. Sean is definitely our "go-to guy" for all our heating & ventilation needs. March 19th, Sean just installed a new water pressure regulator at our house. As usual, he did a great job, as did Anna arranging it all. This is the best service company I have ever used. They are competitive yet provide the best service. Our relatively new boiler stopped just as the weather got colder. We woke up to cold temps inside our house. I called Pro West around 8:15 & Anna immediately gave me a same day service date. Sean the service tech showed up right on time as he always has & fixed the problem withing 20+ minutes. This company has always provided the best service in the industry.

Quick, professional, thorough and reasonably priced. I had hired another company to service my Navien Combi Boiler and they missed a lot of areas that required cleaning as part of the regular maintenance. Very glad to have found Pro-West and would be happy to use them again next year.

Had a problem with my boiler, and within 24 hours Pro West had a technician on site and problem resolved. The service person Sean, was top notch, very competent, got the work done quickly, and the charge was very reasonable. I will be calling Pro West for all future heating problems!

The technician was almost an hour early, efficiently addressed the problem, quickly found the issue. After 2 weeks of me dreading the failure of my 3 year old furnace and attempting to fix it myself. It was fixed in 40 minutes for a very reasonable price and speed. I would not hesitate to recommend to my family and friends, based on this performance standard.

I had Pro West do a safety check, maintenance, and cleaning of my gas fireplace. They did a great job. Some of things I liked were that they showed me their findings before they cleaned and adjusted things, ensured the work area was clean before they left, were very professional to interact with.
