The Office Administrator - Laurie, she is very nice and professional, she handled the booking, written quotation and all our inquiries professionally with cares and put the customer in the first place. We had the Heat Pump installation perfectly done by Sean and his coworker, so many contractor just rush the work but definitely not Pro West, Sean and his coworker took our old furnace down, clean up the place and replace with a new heat pump, they carefully planned every step during the installation, very professional and meticulous with patient, answered all my questions and concerns with cares in advance, heat pump installation is not easy, without a professional work it could be a nightmare to the homeowner, thank you so much for the amazing job done.

Our old furnace broke down and needed to be serviced. I googled heating services and came across Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning. I called and they had a technician available to have a look at 9:00am the next morning. So the next day, the Technician was at my home promptly at 9:00am. Turns out, we needed to replace our 30yr old furnace. The technician was very thorough when explaining all my options. I decided to replace my old furnace and A/C unit and went with a Heat Pump system. We were scheduled a couple of days later for the installation process. The were 3 technicians that came and started working. By the end of the evening they had finished the installation. They were very professional and did a fantastic job! The quality of craftsmanship with the duct work, plumbing and wiring was excellent. They had removed all the old equipment and materials and left my home spotless. My experience with Pro West has been excellent. I highly recommend them.

My AC unit broke down at the most inopportune time - during the start of this heat wave. I contacted several HVAC companies and all of them were super busy and had no availability except for Pro West. Sean - tech assigned to my call - showed up and the first time, it appeared the fuse had blown; simple replacing of it had started the system. However, shortly after he left the system stopped working. Sean was assigned to come the next day, and he spent several hours trouble shooting the problem. Sadly, it was an intermittent short in the system some place. I have nothing short of praise for Sean and Pro West, they helped me during the most uncomfortable time during this heat wave for me and my family. Sean was always, polite, courteous and very professional. Without hesitation, I would definitely recommend this company!!!

Service was prompt and arrived in the stated time window. The repairman quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace and explained what was wrong and how he would do the repairs. He kept me fully informed during his work and gave me options. Of note was his respectful, friendly, courteous and pleasant manner. Sean was fantastic. Very professional and mannerism. Nice to see a polite and respectful technician who not only provided the service maintainence on our tankless water on demand service, but flushed out radiant floor heating lines when I mentioned possible areas of the floor that didnt seem to have heat. We were able to pay office via credit card after the work was performed and paid the quoted price. No extra charges. I highly recommend Pro West Heating for HVAC, water on demand or radiant floor servicing. 10 out of 10 rating!

Our furnace gave out with no notice right before Christmas and our HW tank was not far behind. Pro West came in, gave us a reasonable quote and was in the very next day - Christmas Eve day. They spent the day with us and got both jobs done - efficiently, quickly, courteously. The job had some challenges, but the crew addressed each one. Shaun and his team did a great job. He came to inspect our 50gallon hot water tank that was leaking. He immediately recommended replacing this old tank and offered a very reasonable price to finish the job in 3 hrs. After researching the market I realized that his offer was very reasonable. The 2nd day he came with the team and finished the job in less than 3 hrs. They left the place clean and took away the old tank. I appreciate very much what they did and certainly recommend this company for anyone who is having similar problems
