Really can't recommend them enough. Great business that is responsive or all our needs and really takes the time to diagnose the issues I had it with my previous heat pump (compared to another company in town). Dave made the whole process simple and understandable and gave us a fair deal on a new installation. They've definitely earned our business.
Two years ago almost to the day, during the Sumas flood, our old heat pump quit. I called many service places and was told nobody could come for at least a week for a service call. I left a message at Pro West and Sean Beyad returned my call. He showed up Monday and said the fan unit was in need of replacement; he had one in stock and we were up and running the next day. That is why we never hesitated to call Sean again when it finally gave up the ghost. He recommended a Trane unit and it was here the next day, and functioning by dinner time. Sean is the best. Had another company come out when ac stopped working and was told its broke you need a heat pump and new furnace. Omid came out and found the issue was super nice and professional. Saving me thousands was pretty nice too. First rate.
My HVAC unit failed on a Friday evening. One call to sean and he had me covered. Assessed the unit. Together we determined replacement was the best option. Sean and his crew installed all new heating and AC equipment on Monday after the failure. They are truly craftsmen. Installation was flawless. Top it off with outstanding housekeeping. Excellent customer service! Someone actually answers the phone on the 24 hour service rather than it going to voicemail. I appreciated that at 1 AM. Very happy to have my hot water tank replaced on a Sunday before I head back into work on Monday.
Shaun and his team did a great job. He came to inspect our 50gallon hot water tank that was leaking. He immediately recommended replacing this old tank and offered a very reasonable price to finish the job in 3 hrs. After researching the market I realized that his offer was very reasonable. The 2nd day he came with the team and finished the job in less than 3 hrs. They left the place clean and took away the old tank. I appreciate very much what they did and certainly recommend this company for anyone who is having similar problems
