Hot Water Tank Installation Specialists

Had gas hot water heater replaced. The technicians showed up on time, did the job quickly and thoroughly, cleaned up after themselves, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Very pleased with this service.

Work was done fast to install a tankless in place of an existing hot water tank. Two techs did it all in 5.5hrs. Everything worked and cleaned up after as well. Good job!

Replaced the boiler and hot water tank with a new combi-unit. Work was completed in a single day. Installers worked quickly and kept the work area clean by putting down drop cloths. Quote for job was very competitive. Would use again..

An absolute delight. This company was extremely professional, courteous, punctual and they did an amazing job at my house. They replaced my broken water heater the same day. The technician, Omid was a true professional. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business.

Anna and Sean came out Xmas eve to look at our hot water situation, same regular call out fee as any other day. Both employees were courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Couple days later Sean was back to install the needed parts. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent professional technicians who can explain what they are doing. Well mannered. Very diligent in their work...Only good things to say...They left the place clean. I saw that installing a tankless heating system is technically complicated work... But everything is working fine... I appreciate that West Pro was able to come a day after we phoned them to install the system. Thank you to the Shawn, Ahmit ( maybe wrong spelling) and his asistant.

I’m so impressed how the Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning restored hot water to our household. The job was done professionally and in time sensitive manner. The technicians are knowledgable of the trade, polite and considerate. They did well and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning to all who are looking for their heating and cooling needs especially in times of emergency whether in their homes personally or in business use.

Shaun and his team did a great job. He came to inspect our 50gallon hot water tank that was leaking. He immediately recommended replacing this old tank and offered a very reasonable price to finish the job in 3 hrs. After researching the market I realized that his offer was very reasonable. The 2nd day he came with the team and finished the job in less than 3 hrs. They left the place clean and took away the old tank. I appreciate very much what they did and certainly recommend this company for anyone who is having similar problems

Sean was fantastic. Very professional and mannerism. Nice to see a polite and respectful technician who not only provided the service maintainence on our tankless water on demand service, but flushed out radiant floor heating lines when I mentioned possible areas of the floor that didnt seem to have heat. We were able to pay office via credit card after the work was performed and paid the quoted price. No extra charges. I highly recommend Pro West Heating for HVAC, water on demand or radiant floor servicing. 10 out of 10 rating!

Sean is amazing. He has gotten both my furnace and tankless hot water heater back up and running. He really knows his stuff and solves problems quickly. Very friendly, courteous and professional.

Back story, first plumber i called to install a water tank told me i had to tear down my wall beside the tank to remove it, probably wouldnt find a new tank with a small enough diameter to fit back in there and id have to go with the tankless hot water option which was double the price. So called pro west to get their opinion, sent some pictures and they found me a water tank that would fit, installed the next day, and i didnt have to take down my wall 😃. The guys installing it were efficient and friendly and they took care not to do any damage. Very satisified with this company.

Excellent customer service! Someone actually answers the phone on the 24 hour service rather than it going to voicemail. I appreciated that at 1 AM. Very happy to have my hot water tank replaced on a Sunday before I head back into work on Monday.

Prompt service. Called them at 7am for a leaking hot water tank and they were on scene within a couple of hours and had a tankless system installed by the end of the day

Our furnace gave out with no notice right before Christmas and our HW tank was not far behind. Pro West came in, gave us a reasonable quote and was in the very next day - Christmas Eve day. They spent the day with us and got both jobs done - efficiently, quickly, courteously. The job had some challenges, but the crew addressed each one. We are grateful for their competent, professional service. Thanks to Sean and his crew. We’re happy to recommend them.

I used Pro West Heating to replace my water tank in a tight place. They have a fast response and a reasonable price. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Highly recommended

Really like working with this company. They’ve installed our A/C, done furnace and water heater maintenance and diagnosed a problem with our gas fireplace. Always leave the workspace as clean as it was when they arrived. Work has always been completed on time and per estimate. Happy to recommend them.

The company to go to for boilers, furnaces, hot water tanks and air conditioning. Fast and reliable, trusted and professional service in the lower mainland.
