AC and Heat Pump Repair Specialists

Sean repaired our AC very quickly and efficiently, getting it up and running as good as new. Highly recommended!

Asked for an estimate for a heat pump installation. Sean was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Would definitely recommend Pro West Heating and Air Conditioning.

I called Pro W. H& A to check my AC problem. The tech came on time and fixed my AC. He was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I am very happy and respectful to the company and the tech.

Fantastic, friendly service. We had an AC failure in the middle of a heat wave and Pro West came next day to solve our problem. Highly recommended.

Really like working with this company. They’ve installed our A/C, done furnace and water heater maintenance and diagnosed a problem with our gas fireplace. Always leave the workspace as clean as it was when they arrived. Work has always been completed on time and per estimate. Happy to recommend them.

Can not thank you enough for fixing the AC unit, there was a leak. It was so hot inside and these guys came in the same day!! Thank you again. It. Feels so nice and cool and fresh inside now.

Contacted Pro West with my A/C not working. Within 14 hours (on a weekend) they were out and had my equipment running again. Exceptional service and the technician was great to work with.

Our old furnace broke down and needed to be serviced. I googled heating services and came across Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning. I called and they had a technician available to have a look at 9:00am the next morning. So the next day, the Technician was at my home promptly at 9:00am. Turns out, we needed to replace our 30yr old furnace. The technician was very thorough when explaining all my options. I decided to replace my old furnace and A/C unit and went with a Heat Pump system. We were scheduled a couple of days later for the installation process. The were 3 technicians that came and started working. By the end of the evening they had finished the installation. They were very professional and did a fantastic job! The quality of craftsmanship with the duct work, plumbing and wiring was excellent. They had removed all the old equipment and materials and left my home spotless. My experience with Pro West has been excellent. I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the experience. Sean went above and beyond to answer all my questions, to address all my concerns and to make the process very smooth. The job was very clean and professionally done. The dual gas furnace and heat pump works great. Thank you!

Exceptional communication, efficient and kind professionals from office staff to the installers. And very fair prices when compared to competitors. Install looks clean and works great, happy with my Panasonic heat pump. Highly recommend.

Kevin provided excellent service in the repair of our air conditioner. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the problem so we were able to understand it. He is a delightful young man and we were extremely pleased with him and his results.

Super fast service. I was able to get a same day appointment as a different AC repair appointment with a different company fell through. Sean was able to figure out what was wrong with the unit, he provided a quick and fast estimate and picked up and installed the parts within 1.5 hrs the same day.

I thought we had an issue with our recently installed heat pump. They came super quick to check it out. Turns out it was just a switch that had been bumped off so easy fix. But really appreciate them coming so quickly!!

Excellent workmanship. Sean explained every step of the service he did on the maintenance of our heat pump. I would highly recommend Pro West!

I called Pro West for a service call when our air conditioning stopped working during one of the hottest days of July. A friendly technician arrived the very next day, quickly assessed the problem, and unfortunately determined that our heat pump needed to be replaced. I explained that my grandson had overheated the previous day and had to be taken to the emergency department, and I asked if there was any way the replacement could be expedited. Pro West listened to our concerns and rearranged their schedule to help us. The following day, their team arrived and spent the entire day replacing our heat pump and air conditioning system. They were professional, efficient, and left everything clean when the job was complete. Thank you to the entire Pro West team for your outstanding customer service, compassion, and willingness to accommodate our urgent situation. I highly recommend Pro West to anyone looking for reliable, professional HVAC service.

Had another company come out when ac stopped working and was told its broke you need a heat pump and new furnace. Omid came out and found the issue was super nice and professional. Saving me thousands was pretty nice too. First rate.

Sean cleaned my air conditioning unit and serviced the furnace today. He always does an excellent job, explains things as he works, and points out any problem areas that he repairs if necessary. The invoice is always exactly as the quote I receive over the phone when I schedule the appointment. I highly recommend Pro West for service. I’ll definitely put them on my calendar for this time next year! Thanks Sean!!

Second time using pro west, first for my furnace and second for my AC. The technician was professional, very informative and friendly. Definitely recommend using pro west for your heating and cooling issues.

My AC unit broke down at the most inopportune time - during the start of this heat wave. I contacted several HVAC companies and all of them were super busy and had no availability except for Pro West. Sean - tech assigned to my call - showed up and the first time, it appeared the fuse had blown; simple replacing of it had started the system. However, shortly after he left the system stopped working. Sean was assigned to come the next day, and he spent several hours trouble shooting the problem. Sadly, it was an intermittent short in the system some place. I have nothing short of praise for Sean and Pro West, they helped me during the most uncomfortable time during this heat wave for me and my family. Sean was always, polite, courteous and very professional. Without hesitation, I would definitely recommend this company!!!

Highly recommended Pro WestHeating and Air Conditioning. The Office Administrator - Laurie, she is very nice and professional, she handled the booking, written quotation and all our inquiries professionally with cares and put the customer in the first place. We had the Heat Pump installation perfectly done by Sean and his coworker, so many contractor just rush the work but definitely not Pro West, Sean and his coworker took our old furnace down, clean up the place and replace with a new heat pump, they carefully planned every step during the installation, very professional and meticulous with patient, answered all my questions and concerns with cares in advance, heat pump installation is not easy, without a professional work it could be a nightmare to the homeowner, thank you so much for the amazing job done.
