Two years ago almost to the day, during the Sumas flood, our old heat pump quit. I called many service places and was told nobody could come for at least a week for a service call. I left a message at Pro West and Sean Beyad returned my call. He showed up Monday and said the fan unit was in need of replacement; he had one in stock and we were up and running the next day. That is why we never hesitated to call Sean again when it finally gave up the ghost. He recommended a Trane unit and it was here the next day, and functioning by dinner time. Sean is the best.
